El Diablo y La Luna is a perfect place to stay in Oaxaca. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the city. Being up on the hill affords a gorgeous view and also a less noisy location, while still being only a 10 mins walk to the center. The breakfasts are delicious and the rooms cleaned daily. The apartment was spotless. Juan was a fantastic host who arranged several tours and taxis for us and also provided information about the city. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time staying at El Diablo y La Luna, a beautiful boutique hotel in Oaxaca. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was stylish, comfortable and perfectly situated to explore all that Oaxaca has to offer! The staff on reception were incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel at home and relaxed immediately. The breakfasts were delicious, and the small bathing pool on the beautiful rooftop terrace was a beautiful place to cool off after a hot day walking and exploring. We would highly recommend, and hope to return again someday

We had a wonderful stay At El Diablo y La Luna. The hotel is at a great location (closeness to El Centro is key!) and the view from the hotel was stunning. The rooms and common areas are tastefully decorated, very well kept.
The food was divine. The staff was super nice and helpful. This place exceeded our expectations and we look forward to coming back. I can't recommend it enough!

Lovely guest house just outside of the centro - much more of a neighborhood than in the middle of the action, but only a short walk or taxi ride to wherever you want to go. It's comfortable, well appointed and the staff were welcoming, caring, and responsive. Wonderful view of Oaxaca and the zolcalo/cathedrals and close to the Guelaguetza Auditorium.
