Reservation and Cancellation Policies

• Minimum stay: 2 nights

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 PM

• Deposit:
  A one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation. You can pay by:

  • Wire transfer to a Chase US account

  • Wise

  • Local bank transfer

  • Secure credit or debit card link (we’ll send you the link)

• Cancellations and changes:

  • You can cancel or change your booking up to 25 days before your arrival with no penalty.

  • If you cancel or change your booking less than 25 days before your arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you don’t show up on your arrival date, the rest of your reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be kept. This also applies to date changes made after booking.

• Responsibility:
  El Diablo y La Sandia B&B is not responsible for personal circumstances or external events that prevent your arrival or stay.

• Final payment:
  The balance can be paid with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Zelle. If in cash 15% discount applies for reservations made after January 1 2026.

• Included in your rate:

  • Homemade breakfast

  • Taxes (16% VAT + 3% ISH)

• Additional information:

  • Children are welcome (for children over 6 years old extra charge applies).

  • Plenty of street parking is available in front of the house.

  • No pets are allowed.
