Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Reservations

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Check-in: from 3:00 PM · Check-out: by 12:00 PM

A one-night deposit confirms your reservation. You can pay it by wire transfer (US account), Wise, local bank transfer, or a secure credit/debit card link we'll send you.

The balance is paid at the house: in cash, or with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Zelle.

Pay your balance in cash and save 15%. The discount applies to the balance paid in cash at the house; the deposit is paid at the regular rate.
Cancellations & changes

Cancel or change your booking up to 25 days before arrival with no penalty.

Within 25 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

No-shows: the remainder of the reservation is cancelled and the deposit is kept. The same applies to date changes made after this deadline.

El Diablo y La Sandía and El Diablo y La Luna are not responsible for personal circumstances or external events that prevent your arrival or stay.
