RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

   * Minimum 2 nights stay.

   * Check-in: 15:00 hrs / Check-out: 12:00 hrs

   * A deposit of one night to secure your reservation.

   * The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. El Diablo Y La Sandia B&B cannot be held liable for any circumstances, which do not allow for arrival and use of provided accommodations.

   * You may cancel or modify the dates of your reservation 25 days before scheduled arrival date. 

   * If the reservation has been canceled or modified less than 25 days before scheduled arrival, we will keep the deposit.

   * If you do not show up on the day of your reservation, the rest of the nights will be canceled on the original reservation; the deposit is non-refundable. It also applies to any change of dates.

   * For the final payment we accept cash or cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Zelle.

   * Breakfast (Homemade Type) and taxes (16% VAT + 3% ISH) are included in the rate.

   *Children over 11 years old with additional charge

   * We do not have parking, but we can suggest some in the area.

   * We do not accept pets of any kind.
